AIPAC Tomorrow Campaign Celebrates 10th Anniversary And $250 Million In Commitments

The AIPAC Tomorrow Campaign, AIPAC’s planned giving and endowment initiative, is proud to announce that it has achieved more than $250 million in commitments in its first ten years of existence. The campaign was launched to the public on April 1, 2003 with the goal of securing AIPAC’s work for future generations.

Driven by AIPAC’s mission to strengthen the U.S.-Israel relationship, The AIPAC Tomorrow Campaign was created as a means for the organization to look to its future and lay a solid foundation for generations to come. In the past decade, more than 900 AIPAC members have become “Partners for Tomorrow,” the designation for those who have included AIPAC in their estate plans. This extensive group of leaders has committed more than $250 million to the organization through a variety of vehicles in their estate plans including bequests, life insurance, retirement plans, personal property, and more.

“People from my generation remember the miracle of when the state of Israel was founded, but those memories will be lost,” said Ed Levy, Jr. of Detroit, MI, and Founding Chair of The AIPAC Tomorrow Campaign. “We continue to be inspired by the rate at which people join us and say ‘Yes, this has been important to me my whole life, and I want to honor my parents and inspire my children by making this meaningful commitment. We helped build this modern miracle and we want to see it thrive forever.’”

Similar to AIPAC, all gifts to The AIPAC Tomorrow Campaign will continue to strengthen the unbreakable bond between Israel and the United States; however, endowment gifts can also be made charitably, through AIPAC’s affiliated charitable organization, the American Israel Education Foundation (AIEF). Tax-advantaged giving to The AIPAC Tomorrow Campaign helps create a future of pro-Israel awareness and advocacy in communities and on campuses across the country.

“Our campaign is about the hope and promise that the Israel we celebrated 65 years ago upon its establishment will be there for our children, grandchildren and beyond,” said Jodi Kurtis, AIPAC’s Endowment Director. “The AIPAC Tomorrow Campaign provides an opportunity for people to transform their lifetime of pro-Israel activism, providing them a way to plant the seeds for Israel’s safety and security for those who come next.”
